redis-fork that add tree support

This fork adds three new commands (istab - stab at a tree, iadd - add to a tree, irem - remove a tree) and implements 64bit (unsigned) Interval sets. Redis is an in-memory database that persists on disk. The data model is key-value, but many different kind of values are supported: Strings, Lists, Sets, Sorted Sets, Hashes, HyperLogLogs, Bitmaps.
